Storm Water Management Plan

General Information

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) notified the City of Corinth in 2002 that the City must begin compliance measures with the implementation of Storm Water Permitting Phase II MS4.  

The City began active measures to fund these federally mandated requirements by establishing the Storm Water Utility District and the Storm Water Utility Fee in 2004.

Our plan was submitted and our permit was issued on December 16, 2013.
