CWD Residenital Service Schedule: 

Christmas 2024 & New Year's 2025 fall on Wednesdays.

Beginning Wednesday of each week, all services will slide over one day, with collections being completed on Saturday.

 

Garbage, recycling, household hazardous waste pickup, and yard waste services are provided by Community Waste Disposal and are billed on the monthly water statements.

CWD Mobile App

Customers can download the CWD Mobile app in order to easily manage their trash and recycling accounts.

While on the go, you can:

  • Schedule service
  • View your service schedule
  • Report a missed pickup
  • Schedule a container repair
  • Receive weather and service alerts

The app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
 

Trash and Recycling Services

Trash and recycling will be collected once a week with pickup being between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on your service day; please have trash out no later than 7 a.m. Household trash must be placed in customer-provided cans or disposable bags or boxes with the weight not exceeding 40 pounds each. Recycling is to be placed in the blue recycling cart which will be emptied on your regular trash day. Please note that trash placed into your blue recycle cart will not be serviced, the blue recycle carts are for recycling only. If you have purchased a trash container that resembles the blue recycle cart, it may not be serviced unless the word TRASH is applied to the container in a manner that is visible from the road. 
 

Trash and Bulk Items

Trash and bulk items will be picked up on regular pickup days with a maximum total of 10 items per week per residence being serviced. Brush must be tied and bundled in lengths no longer than 4-foot lengths, weighing no more than 40 pounds. Loose brush will not be picked up. For pickup of large bulk items such as furniture or appliances, please call (972) 392-9300, option 2 to inform customer service that the item will be out for pickup. Refrigerators, freezers, or any item normally containing refrigerants must be tagged certifying removal of refrigerants. As a safety precaution, the removal of doors is appreciated but not a requirement.
