Bids and Requests for Proposals

The City of Corinth invites all interested and qualified suppliers of materials, supplies, or services to participate in the procurement activities of the City of Corinth. Minority and small business contractors are encouraged to participate in any and all City of Corinth projects.

The City of Corinth has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow prospective bidders to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids and proposals to the City of Corinth electronically. Please register on the City's e-procurement portal.

The City Council makes the award of competitive sealed bids/proposals for purchases in excess of $50,000 during one of its regular meetings. Non-council bids and verbal or written quotations are awarded at the discretion of the using department. Once the award has been made, the award date and selected vendor is noted on the bid posting page.

Bids & Proposal Awards

Sealed bids are publicly opened at a date, time, and location specified in the bid documents. Tabulations of sealed bids are normally available the day following the bid opening and may be obtained by monitoring the Bonfire website. Sealed proposals are opened in a manner that avoids disclosure of the contents to competing offers and keeps the proposals confidential during negotiations.

Bid Submission

Competitive sealed bids/proposals may be received electronically by the due date and time as specified in the bid documents. 

Electronic bids/proposals must be submitted through the City's e-procurement portal.

The City does not accept bids submitted orally, by telephone, fax, or email. The bid will be disqualified and will not be considered in the evaluation process. Late bids/proposals will not be accepted for any reason.
