Application Acceptance
Platting: Platting applications are accepted once a month on the dates designated in the Development Calendar. If an application is incomplete by 5:00 PM on the designated date, the application will be deemed incomplete and the Applicant will be required to reapply on the next available submittal date.
All Other Applications: Accepted daily
We invite you to review the Common Development Issues and Resources guide and schedule a Pre-Application Conference prior to submitting an application.
Submittal Method
The City of Corinth requires digital submittals
- Email your application, along with any pertinent supporting documentation, to submittals@cityofcorinth.com.
- Ensure that markups have been flattened in all PDF files prior to submitting.

Completeness Review
A ten (10) day completeness review period begins upon receipt of the digital submittal. Staff will reach out to Applicants to confirm whether their application is complete or incomplete.
Tax Certificates
Tax Certificates issued directly by the Denton County Tax Assessor-Collector, Tax Certificates from third-parties, Tax Statements, and Tax Payment Receipts are accepted by the City of Corinth. Tax documents must show a zero balance due on all properties included in the application.
Payment Method
After applications are deemed complete, an invoice will be issued. Payments are accepted via check, in person, by mail, or via our eTRAKiT portal
- If utilizing our eTRAKiT portal for payment, Applicants must create an account in the portal. Our portal accepts Mastercard, Visa, and eChecks for payment.
