Red Flag Reporting

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure strong internal controls and set a positive tone, we have implemented an ethics and compliance hotline. Red Flag Reporting is an independent organization dedicated to protecting organizations, their employees, assets, and reputations. Red Flag Reporting is a simple yet highly effective ethics, safety, and fraud hotline program designed to educate and empower people with tools to detect and report unethical and unsafe behavior. 

This service allows people to report any concerns regarding improper activity within the workplace. Reporting could range from financial concerns such as theft or misstated financial statements to workplace concerns such as harassment, care issues, discrimination, safety issues, substance abuse, or compliance issues. 

Concerns can be reported safely, securely, and anonymously 24/7 via the toll-free number (877) 647-3335, by texting RFR to (234) 231-9005, or online submissions through our Red Flag Reporting portal. All submissions must include the Client Code (CorinthRes) and Organization Name (City of Corinth).
