Clearing a Warrant
A defendant can clear a warrant by using one of the following methods:
- If the defendant has never appeared at court or failed to appear for a court date, they may post a cash bond to have the warrant removed and set a court date. Surety bonds will only be accepted upon approval of the judge. Please email or call the court at (940) 498-3201 for the bond amount.
- If the defendant has been before the judge and judgment has been entered and a fine assessed on their case, the only option is to pay the fine in full. No extensions or court dates will be given.
- Paying the amount owed in person or online.
- Voluntary incarceration.
