Youth Advisory Council Membership Application

The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a student-driven commission dedicated to introducing Corinth's youth to local government. The YAC meets monthly, and is designed to provide the community's youth with a deeper understanding of the purpose of local government and the role of public servants in achieving Corinth's vision for the future. Further, students are also presented with opportunities to engage and connect with residents and others by participating in community events and projects.

Qualifications:

- Must be a resident of Corinth or attend school in Corinth;
- Must have, and maintain a 3.0 GPA or any combination of extracurricular activities, employment positions, religious activities, athletics, or other organizations;
- Must commit to one (1) year of membership and active participation; AND
- Must be present at all meetings, unless an excused absence has been approved.
