Parkway at the District

Parkway at the District will be the next mixed-use development in the Corinth market. Offering an elevated take on contemporary applications of architecture and site planning, the mixed-use development will be centered on a linear parkway framed by at least 24,500 square feet of space for distinct commercial opportunities, an upscale hotel with at least 80 guest rooms and up to 352 multi-family dwellings. Representing a dynamic collaboration between the City of Corinth, the Corinth Economic Development Corporation and Realty Capital Management, LLC, Parkway at the District is the first of several high-profile projects to ignite activity within Corinth's emerging downtown district, Agora. Parkway at the District will be constructed on approximately 20 acres on the southwest corner of Interstate Highway 35E and Corinth Parkway.
