Working with CoServ and TxDOT it was determined that for the best future use of the land along I-35E Quail Run would need to be re-aligned to meet the Interstate at more of a 90˚ angle. The project would include a new concrete street with sidewalk and necessary drainage from I-35E to Corinth Parkway.

Staff is finalizing the agreement with CoServ to work collaboratively in the construction of the realignment and dedication of right of way. Staff anticipates receiving the next round of plans for review mid April 2021.
May 2019
On January 10, 2019 Council approved a contract amendment to include the design of Quail Run Realignment. Staff is working with CoServ to finalize the alignment and necessary needs.
