External Water Service Line Coverage

• The main lateral fresh water supply line from meter to the external wall of the home for any naturally occurring leaks or breaks.
• While thawing of frozen water lines is not covered, if the line breaks during the natural thawing process, that would be a covered claim.
• Damages caused by breaks or leaks are not covered under the policy.
• Coverage up to $8,500 per incident with no service call fees and $0 deductible.
• Basic site restoration is included (filling, raking, reseeding of grass).
• Pre-existing conditions are excluded

Interior Plumbing and Draining Coverage

• Fresh water supply lines leading to all fixtures (refrigerator water/icemaker lines are not covered) for any naturally occurring leaks or breaks.
• While thawing of frozen water or drainage lines is not covered, if the line breaks during the natural thawing process, that would be a covered claim.
• Drainage lines from each fixture to the main stack for any naturally occurring leaks, breaks, or clogs.
• Includes unclogging toilets.
• Damages caused by breaks or leaks are not covered under the policy.
• Coverage up to $3,000 per incident with no service call feed and $0 deductible.
• Basic site restoration is included. Restoration to any floor inside the residence is limited to floor that is safe to walk on. This does not include floor coverings, fixtures, walls, or wall coverings to their original state. Debris will be removed from the restoration area.
• Pre-existing conditions are excluded.
